Né à Aix-Les-Bains, en 1954 ,j'ai passé toute mon enfance et adolescence à CUSY, petit village de Haute-Savoie, au pied du massif des Bauges.Ma jeunesse rurale et l'éducation reçue m'ont très tôt imprégné de valeurs fortes ( goût de l'effort et du travail bien fait, organisation, esprit d'initiative, autonomie, solidarité …)
Marié et père de famille dés l'âge de vingt ans, j'ai mené de front études et activité salariée, ceci jusqu'à jusqu'à l'obtention de mon diplôme de Doctorat d’État es Sciences.
Après six années passées dans le laboratoire pharmaceutique Hoechst, j'ai rejoint en août 1986, la jeune société CIRTA ( Centre International de Recherche et Technologies Avancées), à la frontière franco-suisse, pour y créer un groupe «chimie» puis en août 1988, la société ARD ( Agro Industries Recherche et Développement-filiale des groupes Sucre-Union et Champagne-Céréales-Paris/ Compiègne) pour y mettre en place et développer pendant 6 ans un Département Chimie pour des applications dermocosmétiques et coordonner divers contrats européens.
Je concrétise mon désir entreprenarial en 1994 avec la création d'IDEALP sarl, société de conseil, puis d'IDEALP-PHARMA SAS en 2000, société de service et de recherche en innovation thérapeutique. IDEALP-PHARMA est passée de 1 à 60 collaborateurs en l'espace de quelques années et a été, pendant plus de 10 ans, un acteur reconnu en recherche médicinale.
Cette aventure m'a montré les challenges de la vie d'entreprise dans une ère du savoir, de la globalisation et de l'hyper communication en temps réel.J' ai appris qu'au delà des technologies, notre équilibre personnel est un préalable pour une interdépendance créative et la réussite d’un projet commun.
Récemment co-créateur d'une société qui proposera des services dans le domaine du Cyber-risque, j'ai du temps disponible pour vous faire bénéficier de mon parcours professionnel et personnel au travers des succès et bien sûr des échecs qui les ont jalonnés.
Je recherche donc des projets qui soient d'abord une aventure humaine avec un alignement d'intérêt et le respect de l'intégrité de chacun des acteurs.
